Our ready-to-ship mezuzahs ship within 48 hours of your order. Our made-to-order mezuzahs typically take 5-10 business days to create and prepare for shipping. If your order will take longer than the stated 5-10 business days, you will receive communication from our team to discuss your specific needs.

Doorpost Glass ships via USPS using 2-day priority mail or flat-rate packaging,
depending on order content and size.

Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process
